Introduction

Our primary practice area is to provide general guidance and counselling on business issues and business-related legislation. Our activities include advising clients in connection with mergers & acquisitions, company law, real estate, tenancy law, construction law, financing, employment law, contracts, agency and sole distributorship matters, shareholders’ agreements and insolvency law. In short, we deal with any problem that small, medium-sized or large businesses might face in their day-to-day operations or on a case-by-case basis.
 

We also have extensive knowledge of and many years of experience in private law matters, such as ownership transition, succession and family and matrimonial law, enabling us to serve the needs of private clients and offer them legal professional counselling in almost any situation. Should a client find he needs representation before the courts, Lund Elmer Sandager also has a wide range of experience in litigation matters.
 

The attorneys in our department for probate and insolvency law also serve as administrators at the Probate Division of the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen and Hørsholm Court, and as licensed probate administrators.
 

Lund Elmer Sandager is organized into flexible practice groups covering the core areas: Commercial law, real estate, probate and insolvency law, plus family law. In turn, each of these categories comprises a number of specialty areas.
